Refunds & Cancellations
Month to month, no lock-in contract, cancel any time. Here is exactly how billing, cancellation and refunds work.

This policy applies to the monthly retainer services provided by Ben Raymond (ABN 97 426 550 651), a sole trader based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Month to month, no lock-in
Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term, no fixed-term contract, and no exit fee. You are never locked in beyond the month you have already paid for.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling 0490 777 151. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken after that. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
3. Refunds on the current month
We do not refund the current month once it has been billed, because the work for that month is scheduled and carried out across the month rather than delivered as a single item. If you cancel mid-month, the service continues to the end of that paid month.
This is a policy on change-of-mind refunds only. It does not affect your rights described in section 4.
4. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for the purpose agreed, or does not match what was agreed, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund. Contact us first and we will work it out directly.
5. One-off work
Work quoted and invoiced as a one-off project, such as a website build, is separate from the monthly retainer and is agreed in writing before it starts, including scope and price. Deposits on one-off work cover time already committed and are not refundable once work has begun, subject to section 4.
6. What you keep if you leave
Your Google Business Profile, your domain name, your website content and your customer reviews belong to your business, not to us. If you cancel, your Google Business Profile stays yours and we remove our management access. We do not hold your business assets to ransom and there is no charge to hand anything back.
7. Prices and tax
All prices are in Australian dollars. Ben Raymond is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and none is added at checkout. The monthly price you are quoted is the total amount you pay.
8. Failed payments
If a monthly payment fails, we will contact you before anything changes. Services pause rather than terminate, and resume as soon as payment is sorted.
