These Terms & Conditions govern your use of benraymond.cloud and any services provided by Ben Raymond ("Ben Raymond", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Ben Raymond
Ben Raymond is a sole trader based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, registered in Australia under ABN 97 426 550 651, trading under the proprietor's own legal name. We provide Google Business Profile management and review management for local businesses, and build websites as separate one-off projects. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on any price we quote.
2. Use of this website
You may browse this website and submit information through our contact and sign-up forms for the purpose of enquiring about or receiving our services. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to submit false information through any form.
3. Services
Google Business Profile management and review management are provided as a monthly retainer, billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars, with no minimum term and no lock-in contract. Website builds and any other one-off work are quoted separately, including scope, timeline, and price. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are set out in our Refunds & Cancellations policy. These Terms & Conditions cover use of this website and any SMS communications; they do not replace a separate service agreement where one exists.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website belong to Ben Raymond unless otherwise stated. Case studies shown on this site, including the Air Solutions before/after comparison, are shown with the client's permission.
5. SMS communications
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Ben Raymond through the sign-up form on our Contact Us page, those messages are governed by the SMS Terms in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help.
6. No guarantee of results
Google Business Profile management, review management, and website work can improve how a business is presented online and how many customers find and contact it, but we do not guarantee specific search rankings, call volumes, review counts, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ben Raymond is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
