We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, deliver website design and Google Business Profile management services, and to send SMS messages to clients who have opted in, as described in our SMS Terms below.
3. SMS Terms
Ben Raymond sends text messages to users who consent to receive Customer Care and/or Marketing SMS messages, based on which box they checked at sign-up.
Customer Care messages relate to a client's project, service requests, and review follow-ups. After a service is completed for one of our Google Business Profile management clients, we request feedback from the customer and direct them to leave a Google review. We only ask for a review — we do not filter these requests based on expected rating, and we do not use this touchpoint to send any other marketing message. If a customer has not left a review, we may follow up via SMS. We may also contact clients via SMS if they have submitted a support request.
Marketing messages relate to new offers and promotions from Ben Raymond.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for more information. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
Consent is provided exclusively for Ben Raymond to contact you based on the category you selected (Customer Care and/or Marketing), not for any other business or third party mentioned on this site. We use Netlify to host this website and process form submissions, and GoHighLevel to send and manage SMS messages. These providers process your information only to the extent needed to deliver our services to you. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in status with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can withdraw your consent for us to hold your information by emailing us.
